Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me.
Commissions must be paid in full upfront or half before starting of the commision and other half when handing over the commission.The artist will not complete the commission unless the sketch has been seen and approved by the client.The Commissioner agrees that the artist is allowed to use the commissioned art and its process in their own videos/streams, products, and portfolio. The artist is also allowed to either post, or abstain to post the art on their own social medias and accounts.The artist have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time without having to explain themselves.Commissioner have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner is free to cancel the commission.The Commissioner have the right to use the art for personal and commercial use.The Commissioner have the right to claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Credit the artist.
